Without control of the military, they can attack us and try to seize power from us. With control we can take control of any place and take out any hostile groups trying to go against us.
Water Supply
With control of the water supply people will be forced to find water another way or come to us and comply with whatever we say to get water.
Oil/ Gas Companies
With control of gas and oil companies you have control of who has transportation. This makes it nearly impossible to leave the country. Also this could bring us income since we can sell it for as much as we want.
Police Departments
The people will have no protection if we controlled the police departments. The police would enforce our laws making it easier for us enforce laws. Also with control of the police we eliminate a threat that has guns and could fight back.
Telephone Industries
With control of telephone companies people cannot communicate with other people in or out of our country. Even if they are allowed to communicate we can monitor what they are saying.
Commercial Airlines
People cannot come in or out of the country with control of commercial airlines.
Movie/ TV/ Radio Industries
We can play propaganda and control what people learn about what is really happening with control of the Movies, TV, and radio industries.
Government Agencies
With control of government agencies we control people who can attack us but instead we can us their abilities to help control the country.
Technology
We can censor what people do on the internet and control who they call on their cell phones with control technology. This cuts off communication completely from the rest of the world.
Hospitals
With control of the hospitals people will have to come to us if they want help if they are sick. We can also decide who gets the help of the hospitals.

1. There are too many checks and balances in the government. Too many people would fight back against the government like the military.
2. A free society because people can think for themselves and act on there own and no country is free of crime so at least have the people freedom to do what they want.
3. No because you need a brain of the operations without one it would be anarchy and complete chaos.
